My sister made this discovery like last Sunday i think. We were ecstatic! There IS gonna be a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie after all! It'll be starring Johnny Depp as Mr Willy Wonka, owner of the mysterious chocolate factory and a string of kids whom nobody knows..at least we dont. But my oh my! Johnny Depp is Mr Willy Wonka??? *screams* I'm a big fan of his. Dunno y..i got this 'thing' abt wierd looks. I even loved Michael Jackson in the past..
*reminiscing harp music playing in the background*

We heard abt this movie since the time we followed news about Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban before its release. And we got crap abt Rupert Grint [Ronald Weasley] playing the role of Charlie and even Tom Felton [Draco Malfoy] was said to get a role as one of the five lucky children who won the 'Golden Ticket' who got a tour in the chocolate factory plus an unlimited life supply of Wonka chocolates! Yeah we heard a couple of actors from Harry Potter was gona be in the movie. That's the reason my sis and i went bonkers and bookmarked this movie in our heads. Great story..and great casting..a great movie was anticipated. And here it is.

But it wont be out so soon. It's due to be released in July 2005. That will be in the US and i reckon for Singapore, the date will follow up. *sigh* Guess i'll just have to wait.
